I have a lot of catch up to do as I was eating “out-of-control” yesterday, I even hit a Krispy Kreme — how bad is that ???? ![]()
I have taken a day off at work
… I’m out now, going to run outside - goal: 30 minutes (yeah, I know, disappointing..) — will get back to it on Monday.

Worked out at the gym for 30 minutes.

Breakfast - egg whites, whole wheat bread, coffee
Lunch - delicious chicken wrap at Tim Hortons (Mayo not healthy for you)
Afternoon snack - (nada) - very bad!
Dinner - Grilled chicken + salad
