Fitness Update

Another incredible day in Toronto. I wish I had taken a picture of the Lakeshore this morning.

Exercise

Ran along Lakeshore for 45 minutes.

Meals

1 EAS Myoplex Shake

I have a lot of catch up to do as I was eating “out-of-control” yesterday, I even hit a Krispy Kreme — how bad is that ???? :-(

I have taken a day off at work :-) … I’m out now, going to run outside - goal: 30 minutes (yeah, I know, disappointing..) — will get back to it on Monday.

Breakfast - egg whites, whole wheat bread, coffee
Lunch - delicious chicken wrap at Tim Hortons (Mayo not healthy for you)
Afternoon snack - (nada) - very bad!
Dinner - Grilled chicken + salad
