Why should I be happy on my Birthday?
Monday, April 30th, 2007Birthdays always make me think about life balance, about what makes me happy and unhappy. Why do I think I’m a very happy and fortunate individual:
- Because I have the most beautiful daughter in the World
- I’m healthy and fit
- I have an incredible career (outside of this trading thing)
- I have great family and friends
- I really enjoy where I live and the city of Toronto
- I have time to do the things that “I want and like”
What makes me unhappy?
- Poverty in Brazil (that’s where I was born)
- My lack of discipline in trading
- Not following my fitness plan
- People with negative thoughts

Oh well, is that over trading thingy again. Getting out too soon, not looking objectively at the targets. Was up about $200 this morning and didn’t believe the 13,200 was going to give such a bounce back, oh well. I’m just happy I didn’t go beyond my daily limit of $ 500.
